Return merchandise

Please use the this form to request return merchandise authorization.

Exchanges and refunds: At Taylor's, no sale is final! We will take back merchendise even if it's on sale. The client will then have to choose between exchange, refund or store credit.

Return policy: If we ever make a shipping mistake (wrong size; stain or defect), we will take the merchandise back and assume all shipping costs (shipping costs to you and back to us). On the other hand, if a client decides to exchange an article that he/she does not like, he/she will have to assume shipping costs. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact our Customer Service, in case of doubt, to avoid problems. In any case of merchandise return, please fill out the form.
